The 3rd International Study Tour organised by University Hospitality Seminars and Welbilt
The Canadian study tour includes visits to four world class universities in Ontario.
The focus will be on student lifestyle, dining services , sustainability, diets, leadership and innovation.
During the tour the group will also learn about the latest food trends including vegan and vegetarian dining concepts.
Canada is also renowned for farm to table dining concepts that are a key factor in sustainability.
Due to common law heritage studying in the UK is very popular with Canadian students, so we will also explore the cultural diversity of this country.
